Canon Point: Post chapter 6.
Background: Metallia's story starts off in the swamp. Unlike most people she wasn't born, but rather created. A magic seed was planted in the swamp by Malia, the upcoming apprentice of the Great Witch Uruka. Unlike all Uruka's attempts to grow something, Malia succeeded on the first time. Despite this, she still doesn't allow her to become her apprentice until a bit later on.
An unknown amount of time passes, maybe a year or so, and soon enough a young girl pops up around the nearby swamp. The girl, named Lia, ends up becoming friends with Uruka, whom she fondly refers to as "Old Hag". As Malia is the one who planted the seed and lead to Lia's conception and creation, Uruka feels it's her duty to reach out to Lia as her mother. Unfortunately Malia at a young age is very much a brat and gets along with her about as well as a snake and mongoose do. Lia isn't exactly much better, but she does try.
More time goes on, Lia and the Old Hag meet up again along with Malia, they end up forming some kind of truce, and everyday Malia goes to deliver Lia food and visit her. Around this time she suggested that Lia's name is just a shorter, rip-off of her own name, so Uruka ends up dubbing her "Metallia". From this point further she begins to call herself that (with mixed results) and everything's more or less okay. Old Hag accepts Malia as her apprentice, she tries to teach Metallia some magic, and Malia and Metallia end up growing a bit.
Then the Old Hag mysteriously vanishes.
Malia assumes she died thanks to a conversation prior to her disappearance and ends up inheriting the house and becoming the Forest Witch in her place. After the disappearance, Malia goes down to the swamp to tell Metallia that the Old Hag was dead. That she would never be coming back. Metallia, not believing her, attacks her with a serge of powerful magic that Malia was able to block thanks to her powerful defensive magic. After Metallia runs off, Malia chases her down. For a second time Metallia attacks Malia before finally passing out from overuse of magic. Arlecchino goes to bring her back home and she lives to go back to the old witch's house. Upon digging through some things, she discovers that Metallia's purpose is to use her magic to end up consuming all the mana in the swamp. This was why Uruka had been wanting to plant her seed in the swamp. However, the problem with this plan is that Metallia would cease to exist without a swamp to live in. This left Malia with a tough choice.
A choice that was made rather quickly. After trying to apologize for her actions by offering Malia some swamp candy that she didn't know was poisonous, Metallia was rebuked pretty hard. Malia hit her and then told her that she hated her. She insulted her quite a bit and sent her into a rage. Using a powerful blast of magic, Metallia hit Malia with everything she had. Obviously Malia's barrier was as strong as always and Metallia ended up passing out due to fatigue. After that, she predicts a hundred years from now Metallia should have used up enough of her magic to drain the swamp completely. Thus the two engage in a hundred year long feud with neither side gaining a clear advantage over the other.
Before the game starts, Metallia has a premonition that she will die in a set number of days. Not wanting to have wasted her life fighting Malia and being cooped up in the swamp, she searches high and low for a thing to tie the balance in her side. Thankfully, she finds just the thing: a piece of the legendary demon The Hundred Knight. Using her magic she manages to resurrect him from his slumber and bind him to her as her familiar. She plans on using his power to kill Malia and make the pillars, large towers that keep the mana-infused swamp in, bloom to spread her swamp. Her goal is to cover the entire world in swamp as a parting gift before she dies, as that way she'll be able to go wherever she so chooses. And thus begins the game...
Chapter 1 involves taking on Malia, Metallia's arch nemesis. The first part of it involves making a pillar, guarded by a protector, bloom. All large pillars have a protector guarding them to keep others out. In exchange for protection, pillars grant their guardians immense power and a healing factor making them difficult to kill. Of course when a protector IS beaten, the pillars that were once invisible are revealed. The first protector happens to be a giant caterpillar beastwoman. The Hundred Knight beats her without much difficulty, Metallia attempts to roast her alive once the swamp's been freed, Malia shows up to let her die with piece, and then she summons a massive and powerful tree elder to stop Metallia's progress. With its 1,000 years of experience, naturally it'd pose a large threat.
Nope. Metallia turns it into kindling within a matter of seconds. After that, she sets her sights on Malia. So the Hundred Knight travels through the forest, finds Malia's house, engages her in battle, and then we find out that she's a pillar's protector. He makes the pillar bloom and Metallia shows up. With little magic power left, Malia is easily beaten around by the Swamp Witch. She taunts her, kicks her, makes her cough up blood, then turns her into a mouse and sends a group of male rats off to chase her. Satisfied with her victory, Metallia has a celebration. Once it's done, Metallia retired to bed and Arlecchino kills her during the night.
She gets better. It turns out that this is a sort of game for him and when she is revived Metallia promptly kicks the shit out of him saying that he's done this before. Anyway, in Chapter 2 Metallia ends up deciding on a new location so they can make a pillar bloom there. They leave the gate and head out, only to run into an inquisitor (named Visco) and her guards. They mistake Metallia for Malia and request her aid in curing Visco's curse that gave her canine features such as a dog nose, dog ears, and a tail. Metallia plays along and tells them what they need to complete the cure. So out they go looking for the proper ingredients while Hundred Knight follows and Metallia watches from is viewpoint.
They encounter a giant centipede which happens to be a protector. A trickster tree fairy had set the inquisitors up so that the guards could die and Visco could get the final ingredient (which was some type of despair extract). Visco refuses, despite the fact that earlier on she'd heard both guards mocking her because of her curse, and is knocked aside. The Hundred Knight then kills the beast and makes the pillar bloom. The group is separated and Visco ends up going off to try and find the others.
One of the guards ends up dying and Visco mourns him before trying to find the other. The other guard ends up getting attacked by another centipede beast as the tree fairy tries to make her pick the choice it wants, but she attacks and kills it at the cost of her own life. As she lies dying, the Hundred Knight engages the fairy and defeats it, causing a pillar to appear. Once it blooms, Metallia appears and taunts the fairy once he explains his story. He tries to read her mind to create despair, but whatever he sees utterly ruins him and he dies. Visco regains consciousness and goes to thank Metallia for her help, still believing it's Malia, but Metallia reveals that she was the dreaded Swamp Witch the entire time. After that Visco supposedly dies thanks in part to the Hundred Knight, but Metallia ends up reviving her after seeing her soul.
In Chapter 3 she makes Visco grow to an incredibly large size, both to mock her and to administer the cure for her curse more easily. It fails every time, and eventually she just gives up and leaves her tied up behind the swamp while she's huge. Metallia sets her sights on the territory of a powerful witch and defeats one of said witch's guards. The guard was a protector and after defeating him the pillar appears. Hundred Knight makes it bloom and Metallia arrives just as the witch, The Great Duchess of Flowers, Valentine does. Valentine turns her former guard into a flower and engages in a battle with Metallia. It's a short battle that Metallia ends up losing, and she herself ends up being turned into a flower. The Hundred Knight carries her back home and she ends up transforming back to her normal state later on.
When she comes to, Metallia finds out that Visco stole her ring made of mana and left along with a mysterious witch. She takes them down only to find out that Visco and the strange witch named Teresa wanted to see the Duchess Valentine to prove that Metallia's the one that killed Malia. Valentine doesn't care at all and instead knocks Visco out and has her be carried to her bedroom. She then orders Teresa to leave and returns to her chambers after telling Metallia that she'll release Visco only if she comes to visit her. The Hundred Knight then smashes all the seals around Valentine's mansion before heading down to the chamber. With the seal broken the thing being sealed, Valentine's monstrous sister Cigaro is awakened. Valentine paralyzed her and then tried to do the same to the Hundred Knight, but it failed. Seeing her chance, Cigaro actually eats Valentine in one bite and gains her power. The Hundred Knight fights and defeats her, forcing her to spit up Valentine before dying. As being consumed by Cigaro sucked out all over her power she's reduced to a harmless human. Metallia tries to attack her but instead her ring ends up being destroyed. Around this time Visco comes to and after a bit of discussion makes Metallia promise not to lay a hand on Valentine despite how much of a horrible person she is.
She agrees. Of course, Visco didn't say anything about getting OTHERS to lay a hand on her. Metallia tells Valentine's servants that she's basically now permanently powerless and they can do whatever they want to her with no repercussions. Naturally they go to town on torturing her and once Valentine's dead they thank Metallia for her help. Of course she doesn't care at all and instead tells them to thank her with their deeds instead of their words. Visco is mad that Metallia caused Valentine's death, but her response is that she kept her promise and that what the servants did was of their own volition. Visco accepts that but vows to follow Metallia around and if she finds out she's a cruel and evil witch, she will kill her. Metallia responds with a remark calling Visco her pet and insulting her.
A few days pass and it seems that while Visco and Metallia's relationship is a bit rough around the edges, her natural kindness prevents her from completely hating Metallia. In fact she even seems to be a bit fond of her. This fondness turns into concern when Metallia develops a rare disease only witches can get. She orders the Hundred Knight to find a cure and so he departs, hoping to find the shaman who can cure the illness. The shaman's house happens to be near a pillar and once it's bloomed Metallia appears and asks for help from him in person before passing out from the pain.
In order to cure the illness a special ingredient is needed from a race of beast(wo)men called harpies. Harpies tend to be brutal creatures and usually attack people, but by defeating the princess harpies Metallia's able to convince her to them them and they work out a deal. A group of young harpies were kidnapped by a Dark Witch and so Metallia orders the Hundred Knight to find those children and free them. The princess harpie will distract the Dark Witch while he does so and once they're both done she'll provide them with the ingredient they need. The plan goes off without a hitch until the pillar guardian and Dark Witch appear after the kids are safe. The Hundred Knight is forced to defeat the protector without being hit by the Dark Witch. The protector goes down without too much effort but the Dark Witch prevents him from making the pillar bloom. Thankfully the harpie princess is able to knock the Dark Witch into the waterfall carrying it far away. Metallia appears to take the ingredient once she's made it, but first she offers to heal the harpie. She declines and goes off to make the ingredient and then comes back to give it to her. After that Metallia goes to visit the shaman, gets the cure, and fully heals.
In Chapter 5 Metallia receives an invitation to the Walpurgis nighttime soiree; an event that only the greatest of witches can attend. According to the invitation 3 rare items are needed in order to attend the party. Arlecchino, Visco, and the Hundred Knight split up to each find one. Hundred Knight goes to the desert where he meets a young Shepard who also happens to be an aspiring astrologist. As it turns out he's a really big fan of witches and after Hundred Knight destroys the pillar's protector, who happens to be a massive beast called a Sand Eater that everyone in the dessert fears, he promises to help Metallia find the item she's looking for if she will make him her apprentice. Hundred Knight leaves to go find the other items, ends up doing most of the work for Visco and Arlecchino, and when he comes back the Sheppard, whose name is Lucchini, finds the item. Metallia shows up and takes the item. She then allows him to become her apprentice and the crew head for the mountain where the soiree is supposed to start.
Except it doesn't start. In order for it to "start" everyone was supposed to arrange all the items in a specific order while Metallia (and the other witches when they arrive) were supposed to do an extremely embarrassing dance until sundown to kick off the party. But as it turns out when they do show up it's to mock Metallia. The whole thing was just a sick joke by them to taunt and laugh at how foolish she was for believing that she could be able to join them. This actually causes Metallia to break down weeping. Going to the Walpurgis party is something that she'd wanted to do all her life, so to be denied what she always dreamed of when it seemed so close...well she just lost it.
Days pass, with Metallia locked in her room and refusing to come out or even speak to anyone. Everyone's worried but unsure what to do, so Visco and Hundred Knight decide to go to Walpurgis themselves. It's a long journey there, as they have to arrange the Night Train to take them to Walpurgis, as it's located in a different dimension. Eventually they both end up there but the Hundred Knight winds up getting knocked out. The witches at the party discuss offing Metallia once and for all as she's become a big problem...but then she winds up coming to Walpurgis via the Night Train filled with swamp mud. It gets dumped all over the tower allowing Metallia to stay there indefinitely. She smashes up the tower and threatens to kill all the witches for daring to make a fool out of her. Hundred Knight wakes up at her command, she grows to Godzilla size, and the two of them work together to fight off the witches. With Metallia's immense power she's easily able to overcome them. Just before it seems like all is lost for the other witches Visco steps in.
Visco scolds Metallia for wanting to kill the witches, saying it won't make her feel better, and instead pleads with them to allow Metallia into their group. They all vote, it passes, and though she objects the Swamp Witch gets recognized as an official, full-fledged witch. Despite acting upset about what happened, she really was touched by Visco's kindness. After that, she spends a great deal of time trying to not prance around happy as a deer that she's an official Great Witch. The results are as you'd expect.
Personality: Of all the witches in the world of Medea, you'd be hard-pressed to find one more witch-like than Metallia. She's everything a witch should be: cruel, powerful, opportunistic, clever, sneaky, petty, sharp-tongued, foul-mouthed, sadistic, and always ready to look out for number one. In fact, she fits the role of a textbook witch so well that it's almost as if she based herself -both image and personality- around books about witches.
That's because she did.
When Metallia was young, when she still went by the name Lia, she was a very lonely girl who was isolated from the rest of the world. She was unable to leave her swamp due to it being what sustained her and others couldn't visit her because of the toxic nature of the swamp. So for a while she just lived by herself, with the only company and tie to the outside world being her butler Arlecchino. However, after a little while she did meet to other people. And these two people, the "Old Hag" (who is actually the Greatest of all Witches, Uruka, not that Metallia knew at the time) and her wannabe apprentice Malia, helped make Metallia into what she is today.
See, while all the traits mentioned above are very witch-like, they're also pretty immature in some ways. When you get right down to it, Metallia is very much like a big kid despite being over a hundred years old. This is because she didn't really get to have a normal childhood. Uruka ended up leaving without reason and was presumed dead, while Malia ended up purposely inspiring hate into Metallia causing her to hold a grudge against her. The loss of one person she truly cared about combined with the betrayal hit Metallia hard. Because of this, she never really got a chance to fully grow up.
Thanks to her less than stellar childhood, Metallia decided that since Uruka wasn't around she'd teach herself to be a great witch. Books essentially became her best friends as she learned the ways of the witch. She worked hard and spent years upon years reading, studying and practicing magic, creating things, learning alchemy and far surpassing most witches with life spans three times hers. To put it bluntly, she became a genius witch. As a result, though, she follows the Witch Doctrine religiously. It's essentially a witch's bible and being who she is, Metallia would never break it...without good reason at least, such as the few times she engages in fights against Dark Witches (witches who've gone insane with power and lost themselves to the darkness). And though it's a bible for witches, there are things written in there such as "never break a promise" and "don't turn down a favor" that even she has to follow. Which she surprisingly does.
In regards to her self-training, Metallia's natural skill and ability to learn all by herself made her ego serge in growth. She believes that she's the prime example of a witch and has convinced herself that most, if not all witches aside from herself are just second rate by comparison. Even witches with more experience and pull than her get this treatment. Simply put, she's totally full of herself. Like any person with a big ego, Metallia's already short temper can be set off pretty easily just by someone standing against her or claiming that she's not as awesome as she thinks she is. That said, she is capable of swallowing her pride for the sake of accomplishing her goals; whether they be covering the world in swamp or getting some grade A entertainment. Sometimes entertainment can even take form in the shape of a rival.
Because Metallia learned most of what she knows about people and the world at large thanks to books, one would think that she's book smart but naive to the ways of the world. That's partially true, but being a witch means that trusting others foolishly is an easy way to get yourself into trouble. Often times she's cautious around others, not trusting them very much and regarding them as beneath her. Her ego can allow her to be fooled when combined with her natural naivete. For example, she thought that the Walpurgis witches finally recognized her greatness. The very thought that they were playing a trick on her didn't even cross her mind as she prepared for the party.
Her pride and ego plays into a large part of her personality, as generally speaking she tends to put herself and her wants and needs before those of others. Sometimes Metallia does think of the consequences of her actions and how they'll affect others, such as spreading her noxious swamp all over Medea so she can finally see the world, but just because she does think doesn't mean she cares. She'll do as she damn well pleases and anyone who gets in the way of this is considered her enemy. When dealing with enemies, she holds extremely long grudges and won't rest until she's completely destroyed her target or made their lives a living hell. Or both.
Suffice to say that Metallia isn't exactly a nice person. In fact it wouldn't be a stretch to call her evil. But to say she's completely evil or that she's incapable of change is wrong, especially during her particular canon point. Her immaturity isn't always a bad thing. For example, when invited to the Walpurgis Night Time Soiree and eventually the king's ball, she displays a youthful glee and anticipation at the event, though she tries to deny her excitement; fussing over what to wear to the ball like a teenager going to a prom. And upon going to the city for the first time she ends up acting like a kid in a candy store. Sure she tries to play it off thanks to her pride, but ultimately she can't fully hide her wonder and joy.
As mentioned earlier Metallia hates being alone and being cooped up. The betrayal of Malia and the supposed death of Uruka hit her hard, but ultimately she wants to get out and meet other people. Any interaction is good interaction so long as she won't be alone. Of course making enemies only gets you so far, and despite her rough personality and poor social skills she really does want a friend. The problem is she kinda sucks at making friends and her pride often gets in the way. Once she finally makes a friend, as Visco proves, she becomes very attached. The people she cares about often get forgiven somewhat easily because she desperately doesn't want to be tossed away. Visco is a prime example of this, as when she goes missing in Chapter 7 most of what Metallia talks about in between stages is her and she easily forgives her for leaving when they meet up again later on. And as the game goes on, she begins to get along with people a bit more easily and even does a few selfless acts of kindness that do not benefit her at all, such as offering to heal the harpie in Chapter 4 even though it wasn't necessary, and giving Sabina help to fix her wounds in Chapter 9.
During the point Metallia's taken from she's at a weird point in her life. Even more later on in the game she gains better traits and advances as a human being, but right now she's kind of in the middle. She's still selfish, mean, full of herself, and cruel, but the potential to be a better person is certainly there and showing up. It will take some time for her good traits to grow, but even then her negative traits won't easily be tossed aside. In fact they'll probably follow her throughout her life.
But hey, at least she's not hopeless.
Abilities:
Strength and Endurance: Though Metallia's a skilled magic user, she's not exactly what you'd call a slouch. In game she's able to beat on Arlecchino, a golem-like creature who serves her and is obviously very durable, with little difficulty. Knocking his metal head off, kicking him into walls, that sort of thing. And in Disgaea D2 she's able to slam opponent's into the ground so she can kick the living crap out of them.
As for endurance, she's a bit tougher than she looks. Crash landings on her broom? No problem. Of course, she's still got a human body so she's susceptible to most injuries.
Elements: Metallia has command over all elements. Lightning, Wind, Fire, Water, Ice, Earth, and even a bit of darkness. She can summon miniature infernos, freeze things, cause water spouts to spew from the ground, raise Earth, drag enemies down into the Darkness before causing the ground to explode for massive damage, etc.
Healing Magic: Can heal herself and others. Not the most experienced in this department, but she gets the job done reasonably well.
Defensive Magic: No doubt has a bit of this, but it's pretty pathetic so she doesn't use it much. Prefers to think that the best defense is a good offense.
Easily Revivable: Just pour enough swamp liquid down her gullet and she'll typically come back unless her body's been mutilated or she's used up all of her magic. This is due to all the immortality items she used/consumed.
Conjuring: Metallia can use her magic to change or create things at will. For example, she could turns a few pieces of clothe into an elaborate dress and so on and so forth.
Alchemy and Potion-making: Is able to create a variety of things, including living organisms, via alchemy providing she has the proper ingredients. Of course all living things she makes are homunculuii and thus not as long-lasting or durable as the real things.
As for potions, she's good at making cures, poisons, and elixirs that can do a variety of things. However, she needs her tomes in order to make them correctly and obviously she needs the proper ingredients to create said liquids.
Teleportation: Can teleport herself long distances, providing there is a swamp where she is and where she is going. However, as the magic of the world would function as the swamp's mana, I'm fine with the range of her teleportion being nerfed, or keeping true to canon and keeping the swamp thing regardless.
Aside from teleporting herself, she also is able to summon her items (specifically her hat and broom) from long distances. However, in order to do this she must know where the item is. So if her broom is in her room she can summon it, but if it's moved then she is unable to do so.
Flying: Though Metallia can only hover a few inches off the ground for show by herself, she's extremely skilled at flying with her broom and is able to perform a wide variety of aerial feats.
Constructs: This is an ability that no other witches in the world, save for Malia, can perform. To put things bluntly, Metallia can take normal, every day objects, combine them into a "functional" shape, like a lantern with legs, and then bring it to "life". So in other words, she can create magical beings. However this isn't an ability she uses much, nor would she have much need to use it in the first place considering she'll be bringing her servant in.
Enchantment: As the title implies, this ability allows Metallia to enchant objects with magic, allowing them to become magical items. Brooms into flying brooms, a sword into one that can fire magic, etc. Of course for a permanent effect it would, naturally, take quite a bit of magic. Not something she could use often.
Also she appears in Disgaea D2 as a DLC character, so have a Skill Exhibition.
Other:
I'll use this section to go over the sidekick or "familiar" she'll be bringing, Hundred Knight.
SUMMARY: Overall, in terms of personality there's not actually a lot to him. He's a silent protagonist type, and while he is able to make choices they don't really change anything other than how conversations flow. Furthermore, because of his limited sentience he is only able to question, confirm, deny, or ignore things. Actually speaking a language is something he cannot do.
However, he does have a personality, as limited it is. Hundred Knight is, despite being a legendary demon, incredibly adorable. He's very child-like, being naive to the ways of the world while also expressing a curiosity for it. Though he can be very determined and loyal, working hard for Metallia despite her sometimes less than stellar ways of dealing with him, he's also capable of getting easily distracted and, quite frankly, being a little brat. Seriously, he actually had the option to sleep on Metallia's bed when she was temporarily dead.
Though this one didn't take it. Mostly because one of his other traits, namely his want to please his superior and fear of punishment. Like a child, he wants to make Metallia proud of him and is will to do whatever it takes to do so, even if he doesn't always get praised. Of course he's hardly completely child-like. Hundred Knight is very much aware that a lot of his allies can be idiots, and can occasionally be seen standing off to the sidelines, squinting at them in a judging manner. Furthermore, he has no problems with beating the tar of or even flat out killing opponents if necessary or if Metallia orders him to. As young and innocent as he can be, he's still very much a demon.
POWERS:
Strength and Endurance: More so than even his master. Hundred Knight packs an incredible amount of physical strength, and as he is a magical being, is functionally immortal as his body isn't organic. However, it is possible to kill him, though it's very difficult...unless you just kill Metallia. As they are linked due to the fact that he's her familiar, if she is killed he will follow. In addition, he runs off a magical energy source known as giga calories or gigacals for short. Without Metallia to supply him with this, his
Swordsmanship: Is capable of wielding a wide range of weapons, though swords are the ones he'd most skilled with.
Storage: Hundred Knight's stomach is capable of storing a wide variety of objects, which he can cough back up at will. It also seems like he has the ability to shrink the down to a much more manageable size, then bring them back to normal size once they're ejected from his body.
Transformation: Though it's not a power he's discovered at the point now, Hundred Knight has the ability to shift his body into that of a massive bird, which he uses to transport himself and Metallia.
Weapon Summoning: Can conjure up to five weapons, wielding one at a time, one after the other.
Tochkas: Tochkas are other sentient beings, like HK, that are a part of him. Each has its own unique ability, though they're all pretty straight forward. One is an enemy distracting face, another is a bomb, an army of 8 mini knights, a boomerang, a roadrunner like scouter, a miniature fortress that shoots magical cannonball, a tower that buffs him, and a capture unit.
Quick-Time Eat: His final ability. Hundred Knight can consume enemies in order to replenish a decent portion of his GigaCals. The bigger the enemy, the more GigaCals he can regain.

Not a single day went by that Metallia didn't document in her journal. Arriving in this place had thrown off her plans for spreading her swamp, and what was even worse was the fact that the clock was ticking down upon her life faster and faster. By her count, she had only fifty days longer to live. And despite her best efforts, her emotion drops just weren't being collected at the pace she needed. Wasting time just wasn't an option at this point.
Her thumb and index finger idly rubbed a corner of the page she was on as her green eyes scanned its contents over and over again, as if hoping that alone would some how change the words to fit her benefit. After a few seconds passed she closed the book and tossed it on the floor, running her hands through her hair in frustration.
"Ugg...dammit. No matter how much progress I make, it's never enough. If I keep going at this rate, by the time I do get home I won't have any time left to do a fucking thing! Hundred Knight sure as hell won't have enough time to get the job done."
It wasn't looking good. Of course, there was one option remaining. Her main problem was that she couldn't return home. That her swamp would remain unattended and spread. The world of Medea would never know of its greatness. Though...who said she needed to spread it there? Sure there were no pillars here, but with the emotional BS of this world she didn't need to make those damned things bloom!
The Swamp Witch sat up from her bed, sharp teeth bared in a devilish smirk. "Keheheheh... That's not a bad idea. So what if I can't return! I don't need anyone there... Not those other witches, not Arlecchino, and certainly not Visco!"
Silence. Wait, did she just? "I-I mean that damn dog." gulp. "Y-yeah. Yeah! Screw her! Screw all of them! I'm fine on my own!"
So why didn't she feel fine? Spreading her swamp in a world like this meant that she had to keep a stiff upper lip and keep on being happy. But could she manage it? Was she really happy? Probably not, but it doesn't matter. She has to be. After all, what kind of Swamp Witch would she be if she couldn't even do something as simple as spreading her territory? A piss poor one, for sure. And she wasn't about to let that happen.
Questions: Is mayonnaise an instrument?
